A few weeks ago, we purchased tickets for the stand-up on March 8, in the Concordia Hall, decided to make a gift to my wife - to give emotions, mood, etc. Tickets were purchased for the 23-00 session, and since it was a festive day, I pre-booked dinner at the restaurant, after which we had to go to this event. As a result, right before the holiday, information appeared on the page that our session was postponed to 17-00. I had to cancel dinner and look for another place. But that's half the trouble. When we came to this session at 17:00, we found that people were already sitting in our seats. It turned out that they really had those places, but for a session that was supposed to be at 20-00. They also thought that their session was postponed to 17:00, the concert began, we were sorting things out, and in an attempt to find the organizers, we were faced with the fact that not a single representative of sxodim was at this event. Instead of explaining to the audience that only those who purchased tickets for 23-00 are invited to this session, and everyone else should leave the room and post on social networks, the support service did not respond, the answering machine gave a message that we called outside of business hours. We stood for half a session and after a small altercation, these persons left their seats. And there were at least 10 people like us, as a result, a spoiled mood, we will not use your service anymore and we do not advise others. Instead of explaining the situation, they delete comments, they do not know how to adequately perceive criticism. Outrageous!
