Excellent small hotel, delicious breakfasts, I especially recommend cottage cheese and drinking yogurt from a local producer. We lived on the 7th floor in early December, the room is clean, the view of the city towards the stadium, and the mountains. There is a sauna and a small swimming pool.

Great hotel. 5 minutes to the academy, 15 minutes to the cascade. The room is clean, spacious and bright enough. The air conditioner works like a climate control, it does an excellent job. Soap, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel are available from Dave. The breakfasts are just great. Delicious and varied. The staff is very friendly. There was no refrigerator, the neighbors had it. Definitely recommend it!

Everything is clean, cleaning every day. Helpful staff. Everything is within walking distance. The rooms have everything, including even disposable combs, toothbrushes, shaving machines. Terry dressing gowns and slippers.
