Great hotel. 5 minutes to the academy, 15 minutes to the cascade. The room is clean, spacious and bright enough. The air conditioner works like a climate control, it does an excellent job. Soap, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel are available from Dave. The breakfasts are just great. Delicious and varied. The staff is very friendly. There was no refrigerator, the neighbors had it. Definitely recommend it!

I rarely write reviews, but it may be useful to someone. Perfect plumbing, modern design. When choosing a hotel, I made sure that there were no carpets or chandeliers. Tomorrow is really delicious. They even cooked porridge for me on purpose. We looked out the window at Ararat, but it was always in a haze. I read reviews that the pillows are solid, for me they are perfectly dense. The square footage of the room is normal, and not like some 18 meters. A sauna where you can step on stones. The pool is even too warm, ideal in the evening after 25,000 steps around the city or a 15-hour guided tour.

The location is great, the staff is helpful, there is everything you need (shampoos, gels, liquid soap and other small things), but the hotel is already tired, of course, cosmetic repairs are required, all the walls are shabby and stained, the carpet needs dry cleaning, towels and bathrobes also need to be renewed, everything is very ancient and no longer has a presentable appearance, the breakfast is delicious It's often the same thing, though!
