Great hotel. 5 minutes to the academy, 15 minutes to the cascade. The room is clean, spacious and bright enough. The air conditioner works like a climate control, it does an excellent job. Soap, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel are available from Dave. The breakfasts are just great. Delicious and varied. The staff is very friendly. There was no refrigerator, the neighbors had it. Definitely recommend it!

The location is great, the staff is helpful, there is everything you need (shampoos, gels, liquid soap and other small things), but the hotel is already tired, of course, cosmetic repairs are required, all the walls are shabby and stained, the carpet needs dry cleaning, towels and bathrobes also need to be renewed, everything is very ancient and no longer has a presentable appearance, the breakfast is delicious It's often the same thing, though! Excellent small hotel, delicious breakfasts, I especially recommend cottage cheese and drinking yogurt from a local producer. We lived on the 7th floor in early December, the room is clean, the view of the city towards the stadium, and the mountains. There is a sauna and a small swimming pool.
