I wouldn't call the service good. My experience was like this. I went to the clinic to get a health certificate for the driving test. In the end, they made me a certificate, but they didn't put all the necessary stamps. I only found out about this in Rustavi (which, by the way, takes 1.5 hours to get to from Tbilisi), at the place where the exam was taking place. Without a certificate, my exam didn't take place and I had to waste time and money to go back to the clinic and get the certificate done according to all the rules. In addition, the girl at the reception made it clear that she didn't want to serve me in English. She just waved her hand at me and made a face. I can't say I was surprised, but it wasn't pleasant either. Later, another girl came up and started communicating in Russian herself.
