A person receives an SMS message that the order is waiting, it arrives, the employee cannot find the order, after which he says that not everything has arrived and makes a refusal to the client, which lowers his repayment percentage... Bring back normal employees who can advise, help with the choice, promptly issue an order, or accept it, and will not spoil the mood of customers. Thanks in advance.

I took the order from the store at Ilyich 331t, and it turned out that one item was not ordered, although an employee of the store at Ilyich 30 and I chose it. I had to order before, which made it inconvenient for me and a waste of time. In conclusion, I would like to point out that the employee is not competent. I will not contact this store anymore.
