Once upon a time, it was fashionable to talk to an employee about his opinion. It's a disgusting place, everything is dusty, dirty, the boxes of goods are from one well-known place, the staff is rude and in general the work of the managers leaves much to be desired. And this happens with spare parts that you wait for 10 days, and on 12 you find out that you waited in vain. As a result, the client cannot find out the status of the order, everything is displayed well in the personal account, and the managers themselves do not call you. So with a fairly loyal pricing policy, there is a significant disadvantage here.
