We were going to this hotel, booked by "booking". At the last moment, we found friends in Tbilisi, lived with them. We went to the hotel to apologize, took some pictures of the lobby. The hostess Sofia is very friendly. The hotel is inexpensive, and is located in a good location, a 5-minute walk from Rustaveli Avenue (there is a short way through the Georgian courtyard).
