Terrible service! Attempt #1: first, a day before the desired date, we booked a table at the Dayako Chicken cafe in City Park. They brought elderly parents out to try a curiosity - chicken in Korean. At the entrance, 4 people of hostesses aged 18+ could not find a reservation, one of them tried to put us in for a long time, but others did not give us, as they were looking for a reservation. They called the administrator, who promised in 5 minutes to plant on the terrace on the 1st floor instead of the 2nd floor. After 10 minutes of waiting at the entrance, he brought the menu so that we could place an order without leaving the entrance. They did not offer to sit at a table on the terrace. They turned around and left. Attempt #2: also, a day before the desired date, an online delivery order was made (I specifically wrote the day of the week, the exact date, time 21:00 (twenty-one zero zero) in the order), the operator confirmed the order and asked: "Delivery at 9 a.m.?". As a result, they did not arrive at 21:00. At the first call, the operator could not find the order, then mumbled that there were many orders, and the courier was sent late for delivery. After 35 minutes, when they called again, they said that the courier was near the entrance. Why he didn't come in (and we are on the 1st floor) is not clear. As a result, I was 40 minutes late. No one apologized, did not give a discount on a new order, did nothing to smooth out the impression of the service. The chicken itself is actually KFC in sweet sesame sauce. KFC is objectively tastier.
