A nice condo with a large pool, does not smell of chlorine, unlike the condos that looked nearby. There is a cleaning service .payment of 500 baht, if necessary. We need our own iron, we didn't have it in the room. There is a bucket with a mop, a very cool Samsung washing machine, a kettle is connected to the phone, an LG TV, a TOSHIBA microwave.

We lived in this condo for two weeks in 2019, in February. Great condo! It is located far from the beaches, but for those who came to spend the winter, it is a very good option! There is a large Tesco nearby, a market, and a lot of interesting things. Rented transport is a must, because taxis are expensive, and public transport is not very well developed. However, the locals know better - maybe there is logistics. We had a car, so there were no problems with movement. All in all, a wonderful condo! The apartment is clean and well renovated. Washing machine, fully equipped kitchen. The price-quality ratio is just perfect! And the pool is just a fairy tale! I recommend it!
