However, it is not always possible to park the car in the evening on the territory. Parking is small. But you can park your car on the next street. Just don't leave your car too close to the intersection - the police will put blockers on the wheels. There's a sign, parking is prohibited. 10-15 meters deep from the intersection - they are not blocked. The condo itself is good. Yes, it's not very new. The apartments are small. But everywhere there are good repairs, working plumbing, Internet and other joys. The price-quality ratio is just perfect! And the pool! Perhaps one of the best outdoor pools in Phuket! Very good! There is a large Tesco next to the condo. The Central Festival is a five-minute drive away (now it has become even bigger). As I already wrote, it's a long way to the beaches. By car to Patong via the pass - at least 20-25 minutes. But this is if there are no traffic jams. And traffic jams in high season in Phuket are a common occurrence. To summarize, I will say: a great condo for your money. I really liked it. I think it's an ideal option for budget winterers. By the way, Russians like to live there. Come here! You won't regret it.
