Many thanks to DD-Company for the quick completion of our order. We decided to change the tiles on the floor in the bathroom and make a warm floor there. It was Friday evening, and the tiles were supposed to be laid on Monday. After calling, the employees of this company explained everything and calculated the cost of underfloor heating. On Sunday morning, we already had underfloor heating material. Thanks to the detailed instructions they give, the husband connected everything himself.
And yet, not least, according to the contract, this company provides a 50-year warranty on the electric heating system. But

We ordered underfloor heating as the main heating of the first floor, we made batteries for 2 (we regret it). The order arrived in 3 days 50m2. Delivered to the facility. My husband and a friend of electricians connected everything in 3 hours. We survived the winter. On the 2nd floor, the batteries were not even turned on. When it was frosty, we spent the night on the ground floor. Everyone is happy!

I am very disappointed with the company's work!
It works without documents (contract, guarantee, payment receipt - EVERYTHING is MISSING)!
I ordered underfloor heating in Brest.
In simple words, they painted it beautifully, promised the perfect work of the underfloor heating and I believed them and paid for the underfloor heating .., but a week later I consulted and decided to return it due to non-compliance with all norms. For a very long time they found out and searched for documents (of course they pretended that they were doing it), promised "verbally" (personally the director of the company) to return the entire amount of money, but in fact, after a couple of days they returned only part of 70%.
The payment was returned without documents signed on my part ..., this indicates a complete violation of the documentary accounting in the company!!!
