The place is amazing. The room is well renovated, modern furniture, snow-white linen. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. Cleanliness, comfort, cleaning every day, linen change. Everything is at the highest level! The staff works smoothly and conscientiously. There are small things like tea, sugar, and water in the room. In the shower there is a hairdryer, shampoo, soap, gel, toothbrush and paste, terry bathrobe, slippers. Breakfast is included in the room rate. It's a buffet. The choice is very large Beautiful setting. Everything is fresh.. A very friendly, smiling hostess of the dining hall. I would like to express my gratitude to all the staff of the hotel, wish them good health and success in your business. I recommend staying at this hotel. You won't regret it.

It was a strange feeling from the hotel, I find it difficult to recommend, although some of the amenities were excellent. I tried to list everything in detail: Cons: 1. The steps and porch are finished with polished tiles. Although I was wearing trekking boots, I slipped and hurt myself badly on the steps. 2. There is almost always BOILING WATER coming out of the shower and out of the washbasin, it is impossible to adjust the water temperature! Something is wrong with the water supply system. 3. There is no shelf by the sink in the bathroom, there is nowhere to put the same glasses! 4. Although the hotel claims to be a boutique, the toilet paper was the cheapest single-layer. 5. There are no radiators in the room, underfloor heating is claimed, but in fact it was only in the toilet. 6. The bed is very creaky. 7. Upon check-out, we requested a later (1.5 hours) check-out. We were offered to pay an additional 500 SOM for each subsequent hour. As a result, we spent this time in a beautiful teahouse and got another lunch for the money. But the sediment remained. Positive: 1. The room decoration claims some sophistication: "expensive-rich", especially the bathroom. 2. Upon our complaint that the room was cold, they immediately provided a convector. You can also turn on the air conditioner for heating. 3. Initially, they provided a room with windows on the construction site, located close to the hotel building. After the request, it was replaced with a room of a higher category with a normal view at no extra charge. 4. A very good breakfast, scrambled eggs are made individually to order. Great freshly brewed coffee, which we still remember! 5. Very high quality bed linen and very high quality towels. Bathrobes, slippers, shower gels in abundance. 6. Microwave and mini-kitchen in the room, cutlery. Not used, but it was very nice. 7. Very helpful staff. 8. 2 TVs in the room, high-quality satellite TV signal.

My husband's birthday falls on the dates of his stay at the hotel, a month before arrival, I contacted the hotel employee Aidana about room decoration. Aidana (thank you very much) helped a lot in everything - she shared the contacts of the pastry chef, aerodesigner (balloons). I accepted all the deliveries. She supported my plan to decorate the room unnoticeably while we left for breakfast)) And there were even more balloons than I ordered, I do not know where from)) Habitation The number is awesome. We had 105 on the ground floor (Standard Double Room, 1 Queen Bed). Very spacious, with a large bed and crisp white linens. Even if you are alone, take a large bed! It's just gorgeous! Upon arrival, it felt like you were being waited for, rather than doing a "basic" cleaning — towels, slippers, all kinds of disposable kits, etc. Location The hotel is located in a quiet side street. We walked to the very center. By the way, there's a great dessert cafe nearby called Macaroni. We highly recommend you to visit. It works even at night. Care Every day (!!!), super-unnoticeably, when we went to breakfast, the water in the room was renewed, the trash was taken out, new slippers were brought. I also ordered delivery with an indication of the hotel, and the courier knocked directly on the room, as they sent him to me at the reception, rather than leaving him waiting in the lobby. In short, it is a very professional, unobtrusive and kind service. Breakfasts THIS IS UNREALISTIC!!! A variety of breakfasts with everything from oatmeal to beef tongues. The coffee is made by a barista (with a pattern on the foam). If there was something missing, they offered to cook it especially for us. Conclusion Many thanks to Aidana and all the hotel staff for our wonderful days in Bishkek. You're in the heart!

The hotel is super. We were settled by a very friendly girl. The room service is excellent, unobtrusive. The rooms have everything you need: slippers, bathrobes, hygiene products. The room has air conditioning and a heater. I liked the breakfasts. A small selection, but everything is delicious. There were no desserts, but it is condensed with fruits and nuts. The location is certainly not the best. It takes about 20 minutes from the main street. We were in the car, so it wasn't critical for us.
