An absolute disappointment
I signed myself and my husband up for this salon. I chose a Japanese manicure for myself, and a hygienic men's manicure for my husband.
We arrive at the specified time, go to the reception desk and no one greets us, when we stood for a while, the administrator appeared with a laptop. I said hello and that was it. We have already asked ourselves where to hang our outerwear. It felt like I had come not to a salon, but to an economy-class hairdressing salon. The faces of the girls who work there were as if my husband and I had come to someone's party, but we were not invited.
But the most interesting thing is when I sat down with the manicurist, stretched out my arms and she immediately started sawing, without even treating my hands, my natural reaction was to pull my hands away. That is, I probably had to treat my hands with antiseptic myself. 😅
The master did not ask what I would like in shape, my fingers were stained with blood after the manicure, it was good that I pulled my hands away and said that they needed to be treated with an antiseptic, otherwise inflammation could easily begin. The men's manicure was also done terribly, my husband complained for a long time that his fingers hurt.
In general, if you want to experience all the delights of "high" service and a "professional" approach, then you are definitely here.
I hope that the situation will change, but in my opinion it is unlikely.…

I'll start with the fact that a nice receptionist met me and offered to put on shoe covers, since the salon had already been cleaned, right??) For an hour, a cleaner walked around the salon with a mop, this is the first time I've met with such a person.
Next, the most unpleasant thing is my manicure master, unfortunately, I didn't remember the name, and when they wrote it down, they didn't tell me. Such an unpleasant girl, unfriendly, as soon as I sat down in a chair, grabbed my fingers and began to process them, as if I needed to go somewhere urgently. As a result, she cut me in two places until I bled and then waved a cardboard at me to make it less hot... tin.. when I applied the gel, I look at my nails, and there are round buckets, irregularities, and I say that this is how it will be? The answer to me is that I haven't cut it down for you yet. I don't understand how cutting the edges can help here. The second hand is even worse. Again, I'm sincerely interested in why there are patches here instead of a beautiful smooth surface, to which the girl irritably says, "I already told you I'd cut it down! I say, how do you cut it?? She says to cut the varnish from the top... I'm shocked, this is the first time I've encountered such "new technologies". I will also add that I clarified in advance whether all the colors of the gel are there, the master replied positively, as a result, I had to decide on the color in a minute, as it was not there.
AI is the icing on the cake. When paying, the administrator tells me the total cost, I remind you that I was promised a 10% discount on the first visit. Then my master runs up out of nowhere and tells the administrator, "so the discount doesn't work," I was taken aback.... The administrator says she's acting and she's done..
One of the advantages was the coolest interior, a nice receptionist, coffee with sweets :) But I advise you to go to a certain master, it's a pity that one person can negate all the advantages.
