An excellent hotel located in the city center, on the banks of the Irtysh River. There is a large shopping mall nearby where you can watch a movie and have a snack in fast food 😅

Хороший отель, приветливый персонал, очень чисто. Приятно удивила кухня ресторана, когда мы решили из-за дождя поужинать в отеле - было очень вкусно. Также порадовало наличие нарды и шахмат в баре - это действительно редкость. Единственное, надо выбирать номера с окнами неина дорогу, иначе при открытых окнах будет шумно. Рекомендую.

Large rooms with all amenities, good linen and comfortable mattresses. A rich, varied and delicious breakfast in the morning in the spacious and bright restaurant on the ground floor. The air conditioning system saves on hot days and from a specific smell in the city air. There is a promenade across the street, where you can walk on a warm evening. The unpleasant aftertaste remained only from the reception staff, who settled our group in the hotel at one price, and in the morning recalculated the cost at a different price, motivating that the exchange rate had changed upward. I advise you to keep this fact in mind.

Probably the best hotel in Ust-Kamenogorsk. The breakfasts are excellent, all the products are fresh, and the coffee is delicious. The rooms are in very good condition, with a soft bed. A very decent hotel with small cozy rooms, snow-white linens and a wonderful view of the Irtysh embankment. But most of all, I was captivated by the dining room, a wide range of dishes for every taste and preference. Excellent view of the Irtysh. A good breakfast, a large selection of food. The hotel is clean enough. But the room itself looks like it's from another hotel. Small, dark. Out of the pleasant, this is a fruit gift.

Real feedback from a real customer.
The level of service has become even lower. I stayed at this hotel at the end of September 2024. It was a business trip for 4 days. I left for work at 8 a.m., arrived at 18. Upon returning, I found that the room was not cleaned, the garbage was not cleaned ... when asked why there was no cleaning, they answered, so your sign is lit - do not disturb ... at the same time, I did not turn on the sign when I left for work! As a matter of principle, I check before leaving whether the lights, appliances, and signs are turned off - a professional habit. The first day is OK - you never know, I accidentally turned it on myself ... but on the second day I specifically checked - everything is turned off, there should be no misunderstandings. I came back - and here I am again…
The position of the staff is my own fault, I do not allow the maids to do the cleaning…
No apologies, no correct reaction to the situation…
My position is simple - the maids turn on the sign, take a photo of the burning sign and that's it - today you don't have to strain yourself with cleaning…
I hope this review reaches the management.
Everything is very sad, sad and insulting!

A very nice hotel. Beautiful location on the river bank. Some rooms have a great view. Very friendly and professional staff. Cozy rooms with everything you need. Hearty breakfasts. I have repeatedly stayed at this hotel, everything is fine. There is only one caveat - in the off-season in some rooms it is very cool from the windows, but the issue is solved either by tightly closing the curtains or by the staff.

Из плюсов: номер был с видом на реку- очень красиво, особенно осенью
Вкусный и разнообразный завтрак, все свежее, кофе на любой вкус
Номера достаточно большие, кровать широкая, в ванной всегда было чисто, полотенца менялись при каждой уборке, как все косметические средства
В отеле есть беговые дорожки, велосипед и мини тренажерка
Из минусов: хоть вид на реку и красивый, он так же идет на дорогу, по которой 24/7 разъезжают машины- шум ужасный
Кондиционер не работает, на ресепшене нам сказали, что уже холодно и он отключен(на улице между прочим было +28…+30 и учитывая солнечную сторону номера- все равно что в сауне находится)
Напор из душевой лейки оставляет желать лучшего, мыться нереально
Два дня подряд не работал телевизор во всем отеле
Номера требуют обновления- напольные покрытия грязные, видимо уже не отмываются пятна; ванне нужен косметический ремонт
Резюме: в этот отель я больше не поеду, купилась на отзывы, но по всей видимости они заказные🤨
Им лучше снизить цену…

Most likely the best hotel in Ust-Kamenogorsk. Excellent staff, good food, located near a shopping center and many cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are clean, there is a good bar in the lobby. The breakfasts are very varied.

The best hotel in Ust-Kamenogorsk.
The price/quality is like that of good Turkish hotels.
The undeniable advantages of the hotel are:
1. It was built from scratch, and is not a redevelopment of the Soviet or perestroika, like the shining River.
2. View of the Irtysh.

4. Location - near the ADK River, restaurants, pharmacies and much more.

Let's be honest. It does not pull at 5 stars in any way. I think who lived in the real "fives" (I'm not advertising!) They'll understand me. There is no receptionist, no one is trying to help with bazhag.
The quality of the room is 3, small, with very average furniture. Bath accessories at the level of 2-3 stars - no comb, very simple shower gel and shampoo,

Наверное лучше отеля в этом городе не найти. Отель очень классный и красивый. Отель сделан в турецком стиле. Есть прекрасный лобби бар и ресторан . Персонал великолепный все дружелюбные, приветливые и знает как обращаться с гостями. В отель есть спа. В спа вы сможете сходить в финскую сауну и хаман.

Останавливался в этом отеле в мае этого года на 5 дней. Уже второй приезд (ранее в 2021). Забронировал просто устно по телефону.Встречают всегда доброжелательно и вежливо. Персонал отличный. Сделали подарок в виде заселения пораньше и апгрейд номера, с видом на реку. Номера соответствуют заявленной стоимости, чистота, свежее белье, халаты, тапочки, сейф - все что требуется для жизни. Обслуживание на высоте: уборка ежедневно, услуги прачечной, химчистки. Завтраки выше всяких похвал! Кроме того пользовался фитнес залом и сауной. А красота набережной во время утренних пробежек… Даже некоторые накладки при выселении решаются быстро и в пользу постояльца. В следующий приезд снова остановлюсь в этом отеле!
