Disadvantages: Rudeness, indifference I would like to leave a review about the work of couriers: our children's institution cooperates with suppliers of various waters, but it is the first time that we have encountered the rudeness of courier drivers of the Grafskaya Vodaya company, namely: they enter the territory of the children's institution (other companies do not enter!) and stops on the playground path, where children are playing at that moment. To this remark, the driver begins to be rude, saying: "What are the children? Won't they wait 10 minutes? And I don't see a playground." To begin with, he (the driver) drove not only into the territory of the children's institution, which only OFFICIAL VEHICLES are allowed to enter!!! (even employees leave their vehicles behind the fence of the institution), but also to the PLAYGROUND WITH CHILDREN!!!! This is primarily a territory FOR CHILDREN!, not a roadway, and it should be safe for children!!! Teach your employees to respond appropriately to comments, rather than being rude in response!!!!
