I was here in the Housing Balance on the 6th floor. Everyone is polite, literate, and there is a place to hang your outerwear. Conveniently, there is a cafe on the 1st floor with delicious coffee. Everything is fine!

It's a disgusting place! The management does not go to any communication! At the first meeting, they promise to fix and refine everything, but time goes by, and we still live on the construction site! Industrial condos are humming so that you can't hear your colleagues sitting next to you. In winter, the temperature dropped to 11 degrees, in summer the air conditioner blew with incredible speed, but we are not at sea, and this is not a breeze at all! There is nothing to dry your hands in the toilets, all the holders are broken. Construction is underway in the second half of the building! It gets scary, bricks are flying along the windows, an arrow is hanging, punchers are working. All employees have headaches. The guards are sloppily dressed, rude, walking, watching videos at full volume. The location is also so-so. In the mini square nearby, people go to the toilet both in winter and in summer, you can see it all from the windows. In summer, the benches are occupied by homeless people. That is, inviting clients is not an option! It's a shame for such a building.
