In this hotel you will not meet more than one unpleasant person!everyone is smiling sincerely and wants to please everyone!The child is delighted, the gorgeous slides hardly pulled her out of there🤗 You can't think of a 1000% better and tastier food. 🤗There are several types of fresh juices and ice cream. A wonderful hotel for families with children in April-May, October, considering its location in the hottest region of Turkey. I've been vacationing here for years, I like everything! Great staff, kitchen and inspection! Clean rooms! BUT this year, all this excitement was overshadowed by the tour operator! I will never use the services of FUN SUN again!!! I was not picked up from the hotel to the airport! With all this, I was waiting for the transfer in the lobby area even in advance! When I contacted the tour operator, they also lied that their driver was waiting for me, that he was looking for me at the reception, although the hotel staff denied this information! No one took me away from the tour, but the hotel staff reacted quickly and called me a taxi, for which I am grateful! It is a pity that incompetent people overshadow the rest and reputation of not only themselves but also their partners!

Places by the pool have to be occupied from 7 to 9. There are enough places at sea. There are many meat dishes. There is no weak red fish for breakfast, seafood in salads. Small crayfish and rubber shrimp sometimes. The rooms are simple. There is an additional fee of 290 euros for the sea view, the animation is not bad during the day, but it seems as if the guys are still rocking and working. There is live music at the dinner, and in the evening there is a show from invited groups.

Delphin De Luxe We stayed at this hotel with a family (3 adults, 2 children) for 6 nights in September 2021. It is located in Alanya, on an individual transfer, the road from the airport takes 1 hour 10 minutes. I don't even want to imagine how long a shared bus will take. The hotel was not cheap, but it had very high reviews. I would like to say right away that, in my opinion, the estimates are too high and you can get more for this money. Let's start with the pros. The food at the hotel is good and varied. There is everything, including everyone's favorite seafood. None of us had any digestive problems during our stay. Good and strong Internet throughout the area, including the beach. The staff is diligent and friendly. The attitude towards everyone, regardless of nationality, is respectful, the staff tries to help in everything, they work very quickly. Almost everyone speaks Russian, there are no problems with communication. In general, the overwhelming number of residents are Russian speakers, with Germans in second place. Our room was a two-room family room. There are no special complaints, the room is freshly renovated, except that one cramped room for 5 people is not very convenient. It is impossible not to note the good care of the pools, the children did not have any problems associated with this. In terms of anti-slip measures, everything is fine: the staff is strictly masked, surfaces are constantly disinfected, sanitizers are everywhere. The hotel has a chic children's animation - Mini Club. The girls work hard, you can safely leave the children, they go there with pleasure. Well, in general, everyone liked the animation (adjusted, of course, for the fact that the hotel is family-run). About the cons. The main one, in our opinion, is the entrance to the sea. The beach is pebble - sandy with an emphasis on pebbles, a sharp depression in the form of a sinkhole immediately begins at the entrance, so even with relatively calm waves gather near the shore, small children go into the sea themselves with waves on the rocks - a problem. I don't understand at all why, with such an entrance to the sea, the hotel is so popular among families with children. The territory of the hotel is small, with maximum occupancy, there is a feeling of congestion. But even in such a territory, the hotel management failed to identify any immediately noticeable points of attraction. Small bars and snack points are somehow hidden in the corners, which requires getting used to. There are not enough fruits at the snack points, and only a cart with apples and cucumbers drives around the hotel. Each snack point works only at certain (sometimes different) hours, which requires the resident to master time management. I was surprised that not all bars can taste imported alcohol, which requires a certain adjustment and the need to run if you want to have a delicious drink. I was surprised by the lack of tequila. Well, you have to understand that the hotel is already 20 years old. And despite all the efforts to maintain the hotel, it is noticeable. The final impressions are strange. You seem to be satisfied, but you still have the feeling that something is wrong and that you can get more for this money.

We were from 23.06 to 29.06.2022 For the first time in this hotel, I read the reviews, which I want to add from myself - the kitchen is just a tower, everything is delicious and there were no problems with digestion, and this is important for us. Shrimp once during the entire stay, although sea bass fish, dorado every evening for dinner, crayfish were given when we left, that is, it's not every day, they have a different theme every day, we were in an Italian restaurant (did not like it) you can sign up at any restaurant at the hotels and it's free. At the expense of the pools, of course, cleanliness, we got to a foam party and the foam made us sick ((( a lot of different entertainment and facilities (do not get bored) slides 4 when there was no "caretaker" on top, the children really liked it, then maybe something happened and constant monitoring and the queue on the Slides just grew and the children no longer went everything is cool on them (((( your park is also cool, especially the Ferris wheel, unreal photos and videos turned out from it)) the beach is not at all for relaxing with children, they say they used to fall asleep, but we did not notice, the entrance is steep immediately, almost the depth, Pebbles and stones and there is nothing to do without coral slippers, we adults went in from plankton, BUT if we compare the beach with mukarnas (the neighboring hotel), our of course is the most beautiful, cozy, clean, more sun beds and by the way, there are houses on the beach, but everyone is always busy, it was not possible to lie down in them, they occupy something in the evening or do not clean things at all🤦🏼♀️ Another disadvantage is alcohol We were with friends and they constantly proved that this is not an extra dry martini but a bianco!!!!! That is, they sewed bianco into a bottle of extra dry!!!! They don't understand Russian or pretend, in general, thank you very much to Svetlana, who quickly decided everything, why she decided, since the bartenders changed, we had to constantly explain the same situation to them. Then they told us the MAGIC words and everything was great. About cleaning- we cleaned every day, but there was dust under the bed and cobwebs on the ceilings, and as we asked for shampoos to give us, this is generally a cap, naturally we have our own set of home and professional cosmetics, but it was their shampoo with their water that made the hair obedient!!!! Even our super expensive care didn't help us! There were a lot of conditioners initially, (and also a dental kit, Discs, a file, cotton swabs, soap) but there were no shampoos or gels, after 5!!!! They brought them to us and, again, thanks to Svetlana, she scolded us for not telling her right away))) what did it have to do with everything in 3 different rooms!!! And in general, the animation of the Hotel and everything else that was described in the reviews is appropriate, really, when communicating, people come to this Hotel several times (apparently they have good privileges)) but we will not go anymore, there are much better hotels for that kind of money)))) But I am very glad that I visited it, and I want to express my great gratitude to Svetlana. All the kitchen staff and of course the chef, the daughter's children's animation liked Dasha and she wants to go to her again)))) And of course, by the way, they looked after girls with children very much without bothering the boys!!! They are very polite and friendly! Everything that was needed was brought without problems, although this is not their responsibility, it is very pleasant)))

We had a rest at the end of July. A wonderful hotel. The territory is compact, very well maintained and beautiful. The food is just super: there are always several types of meat (lamb, beef, turkey), fish (sea bass, trout, even mullet), seafood almost daily, a huge selection of desserts, high-quality alcohol. Respect to the chef. The beach is always clean. The bottom of the pebble- diggers will not hurt. The room was cleaned daily. The cleanliness of the hotel is washing. There is a free shuttle service to Manavgat and Alanya. The main advantage of the hotel is the staff, who do everything for a comfortable stay for tourists. Thank them for that!!! I would especially like to note: the waiters of the Lobby bar Bekzot and Sayya, the staff of the Guest Relation headed by Sadyk: Alyosha, Svetlana, Albina, Dinara, Alex and Akhmet - they, in case of problems, solved them promptly and were always ready to help! A wonderful hotel! We will definitely come back!

Turkey and this hotel were invented in order to turn off the head. The sea, the sun, well-trained (I'm not kidding) staff... There are little things, just like everywhere else.. Well, for example, the hotel is far from the airport, so take a personal transfer.. The hotel is not cheap, but it is worth the money. Meals for 5 , I like to eat. As my wife says, why should I choose between lamb, beef entrecote and trout when the king prawns were brought... and this is every day. Yes, imported alcohol is concentrated in the lobby and next to the hotel (another bar), but there is good bottled wine and beer on the beach and pier. Ayran. And a lot of fruits and vegetables that are cleaned for you... Yes, there are probably better hotels (I can compare them in very expensive ones, and not always cozy, large and club ones) but this one somehow makes me come back, maybe only me.. Try it, maybe you'll like it...

We were at the hotel in early October. The weather was wonderful (30+ air, water about 27). According to the hotel: excellent service, everything is clean, varied and changing food. Several different pools for all tastes (including indoor). A large beach area with sun beds and umbrellas and its own large pier. However, pebbles are better to take slippers with you. There is a good gym. The room was very decent (taken from the side, overlooking the "adult" pool). There was regular animation and all sorts of events. Of the minor disadvantages, the water slides were included for a limited time, although every day. The rides worked for an hour and a half a day. I highly recommend it
