I chose a Converter transformer on the website, asked to show the converter at the checkout, asked, show a photo of what you are buying for. I did not have a photo of the device, the saleswoman said that she would not sell it to me, repeated it three times, I say I know what I need for 70 watts, I have repaired hundreds of devices over 40 years of work experience (Electronics Engineer). Another older woman came up, said she understood better than me, that if I bought a converter , they would not take it back either under warranty or up to 14 days. They haven't talked to me so brazenly and unceremoniously yet, I hope the store owner will read and take normal sellers, or is that why reviews are disabled on the site?
