I visit the gym and I want to say that I am very happy!

1. Previously, towels were offered when visiting the gym, now they are not offered. I don't need to, because I'm always with my own, but after all, everyone else who leaves behind wet sweaty exercise equipment is just necessary. If you are a fitness center, then you must have a mission.For example, increasing the culture of training and communicating simple rules of behavior in the gym to your clients, and not like you, just cutting money.
2. Infuriating coaches with their wards who come up with this eternal question: "Can we come with you?" Got it. If the simulator is busy, go to another one, and don't stand over your soul while I do the approaches. It seems to me that these are obvious rules of politeness. Or if I work out without a trainer, then am I a less significant client?
3. The whole gym is covered in hair of phyto-shirts with loose hair. Other people's hair clings to mats, clothes, sneakers, and cobwebs hang half a meter in the corners.

The hall has deteriorated very much. 1. It is unrealistic to visit in the evening, they sell a lot of season tickets, the number of visitors exceeds the capacity of the hall. You're standing in line for the simulator.
2. The price is constantly rising, but does it affect the service?! No. THE SOAP DISPENSER WAS REMOVED IN THE SHOWER. Bring your own.And if a person has forgotten? he has nothing to wash with. Maybe the water and the fountain should also be removed and sold!?
3. I go to the gym for comfort, I go from the other end of the city. During the summer, it was cool in the hall a few times, they save electricity and do not turn on the air conditioner. The sauna does not work all the time, it works for a month, three months after it does not work again. If you forgot to check out of a class , conditionally planned to get into fitness, signed up, but then it didn 't work out and forgot to cancel the recording, then the lesson from the subscription burns out ! And it is not necessary to warn a person about this ! There are no napkins in the toilet, then it's just dirty in the toilet, the hair dryers are in terrible condition. In general, the delta has slipped below the baseboard. It used to be a great gym, but now there is no desire to go there at all, only the coaching staff keeps it. Tc a lot of first-class coaches work in this hall.

The hall is very , very spoiled !!! It was the best gym in the city and since the opening, my husband, my husband and our friends have only gone here, but the further the worse. The sauna does not work at all all summer, cotton buds and discs have disappeared, the inventory is very worn and some need to be replaced, the air conditioner does not work in summer!! Imagine what it's like to practice in the summer in a gym without air conditioning, it's just hell. Previously, everything was for the client, it was delicious, I wanted to advise the gym to others, but unfortunately we will not go to this gym anymore and we describe the "delights" of delta training to everyone we meet. By the way, prices are rising, and conditions are getting worse.

In the summer of 2021, there was a great gym where various little things were taken into account for customers: the normal price of a one-time lesson, a free towel, and cotton swabs in the locker room. A year later, I came to the same hall and the picture was already different: a one-time lesson had grown to 10 rubles, there was no way to take a 1 subscription for two; the very little things that I liked this hall so much were removed: a free towel and cotton swabs; simulators began to wear out, some stopped working; in some places there were formed on the floor the pits, the punching bag was removed, the jump rope was torn and just tied a knot on it. Apparently, the management realized that people are already walking and they don't need more. The hall with a twist turned into an ordinary hall "like everyone else".

The staff itself, represented by the head coach (as it turned out later) Anatoly is extremely unfriendly, he said that the simulator is busy and he works there. Perhaps he hadn't heard about working on simulators with other people.

The music in the gym is just for training.
