The best hotel ever! It’s our favorite hotel and we want to return here every year

Nice hotel.

It is located on the mountainside. It turns out that you always look at the sea.
The sea is the purest, I have never seen anything like it.
They feed normally. There is meat, fish and sweets. The coffee is disgusting) only in the lobby they make Real coffee.
There are a lot of vacationers with children, probably because of the beach. Yes, it's magical, but it's not enough space, but it's enough for everyone. The sand is not heated, so it's great for kids. And there are never any waves because of the breakwater.
One of the big disadvantages is that there is nowhere to go stupidly. Neither along the embankment, nor the promenade, nor cafes. There is nothing nearby at all.
Bodrum is not rich in this regard.
For me, 7 nights is a lot for such a place. 4-5 is just right. It's a little boring

The hotel and the service in general are not bad. All the reviews say that there are problems with settling in, that's right! It does not depend on arrival, children, available rooms, everyone is kept in the habit of checking in, and then they ask you to wait. They don't speak Russian at all, they hardly speak English through a translator on their phone. They tried to give us a standard room instead of a comfortable one with a sea view. We were able to explain the situation only thanks to the representative of the tour operator at the hotel.
Food, service, cleaning, service for 4.
The staff is mostly young (waiters, beachboys).
Instead of blankets, there is a waffle/mohair sheet in the rooms, there is not enough for 2, it is cold at night, there are no bathrobes. It is not provided by the hotel concept.
Long transfer from/to the airport.
As a result, we will choose another hotel for this money next time.

Not a bad hotel, but very slow and poor service! Guests are not welcome here, towels can be carried for 2 hours. Good food has more of a Greek twist. A snow-white beach, seals walking around the territory, all in colors, azure sea. Beautiful territory. But the service spoils the whole impression.

At the end of September, I do not advise Russian tourists to go to this hotel at all. Since the hotel is closing on October 5th.Playgrounds are closed, 2 restaurants are closed. There is no territory at all, the embankment is far away, we went once.

2024 in September 2.this time we were disappointed at the hotel we went to once. If I say my turkey meat and meals that come out every day, if I say uncleaned rooms, the queue for Turkish coffee that is expected by queues, the queue for the pool bar that is expected by queues again.. there is a snack bar, but there is not much in it, except for the drinks given by automatic machines!! The hotel is a marriot, but I think it's very, very bad. we went 6 years ago, we really liked it, we'd like to go again this year, but never again!! You give so much money just to the sea. And there are employees, of course, I can't eat their rights, all of them would be better. In that absence, it was appreciated that they were officially trying to get a drink. What do I say, God don't drop it again, Delta.. if you are thinking of leaving, I would say give up when the road is close.

The staff is worse than the hotel itself!
We were greeted with a smile, but as it turned out later, it did not bode well for us.
The room was paid for with two separate beds, but my friend and I were moved into a small room with one double bed (in fact, this is one of the small rooms of the family room).
When finding out why this situation has developed, they explained the lack of rooms in our category.
We turned to the operations director, who asked us to wait a little (go to lunch, visit a bar), promising to resolve the situation. But he solved it in his own way.
A little later, we received a call from our guide named ZIYA (Fun Sun tour operator) with the words that the hotel refused to check in without explanation. At our request to explain what the matter is, that we have paid for the hotel, we have a voucher on hand. The guide started saying that we had violated some kind of order of the hotel, in the end he could not explain anything to us and left without understanding the situation. (We demanded the room that we paid for).
In the absence of the room of the category that we paid for, the hotel management (namely, the HANIFA reception employee under the guidance of the operations director (a stout man with gray hair)) they artificially invented the situation.
Now, after reading the negative reviews, I realized that this is a well-thought-out scheme for refusing guests to check in.
BE CAREFUL WITH THESE HOTEL SCAMMERS !!!
By the hotel, which immediately caught your eye:
- lack of lobby at the reception;
- elevators that are not working;
- dirt in the hall;
- the hotel is solid 3 stars, not as stated 5
- the hotel is old with patches of minor cosmetic repairs;
- the restaurant - made an impression of an ordinary, small dining room;
- you will not receive a room paid for with a voucher in fact, hotel rooms are operating ***! (really read the negative reviews about this hotel)

A good hotel for a relaxing beach holiday. Beautiful clear sea, comfortable sun beds of different designs. The food is good, there are always vegetables, meat, poultry and fish. There is no animation, no one bothers on the beach, they don't call for any excursions, this is a plus for me!

I was at this hotel from 17.09 to 30.09.2020. The hotel really has a lot of positive aspects. Food, decent bar, lots of pools, great sandy beach, there are pantones and diving slides. Cozy rooms, be sure to take a sea view, otherwise you will look out into the courtyard as people go to a meal. There are many sun beds. There are Russian speakers.
Among the disadvantages, there was no friendly staff, very bland and selectively serve guests. The boorish man was always greeted with a dissatisfied face. There are completely no local sweets, fruits with the exception of watermelon and melon.

It's just super! The hotel is in the bay, there are no waves at all. Own pier, beach. The rooms and the hotel itself are clean and well maintained. The food is great, lots of fish. The port in Yalikavak is a 25-minute walk away, it's not much, it's the best thing to walk in the evening. I advise everyone!
