Major repairs were carried out by the PRSP company Delta LLC in an apartment building on 1st Shumilinskaya Street from March to June 2024. What I want to say is a lot of wasted nerves, caused trouble (they ruined the ceilings of 2 rooms when they repaired the roof, broke the window sill on the balcony, workers repeatedly relieved themselves on the roof above our apartment, all this flowed down the walls and ceiling to our toilet, broke the ventilation grate during the repair of the mine (crows flew through the rooms at home), there was theft of property, in the end the satellite dish was damaged and a floor screed was made on the balcony so that you can't go to the balcony now, the floor is crumbling (this is already in the very last days of repair, so to speak, for the last time).
They consider it necessary to respond to official requests on time. Indeed, it was impossible to reach the management at the facility, at first they made contact, then they avoided it altogether, repeated appeals did not lead to anything, they had to run a lot themselves to compensate for the damage.
From a moral point of view, my family has been caused a lot of inconvenience and trouble, and I'm not even taking into account the financial side here, but a purely human factor.

Good evening, I am writing to tell you about Delta LLC, which is a contractor for the overhaul of a residential building at the address Vitebsk, Smolenskaya str.3 bldg.1. In the middle of November 17, 2023, the contractor started repairing the roof in entrance No. 5, and on the same day the sewer was clogged, which led to a flood along the riser (a representative of the housing department and the Water utility were called to punch), on November 24, as I assume, a layer or completely material was removed with which the roof was covered and by 22.30 began flood of apartments from the 9th floor and below. Then there was a frost, the snow froze on the roof and on Saturday 25.11.2023 everything is fine, it does not flow. On 11/26/2023, the frost subsided and everything flowed with much greater intensity. We contacted line 115, where the answer was given that the house was under capital repair and all questions to the housing department and to the contractor, which cannot be reached on weekends, all city phones. The sewage system is generally terrible, people sit for weeks without a toilet and water. That's such a good organization.
