There was always a fear that there would be a lot of people and the rest would be uncomfortable, but these fears were never justified. Everyone goes to different zones and creates the feeling that you are literally alone, and the whole space is at your disposal. The staff is pleasant , they will tell you everything if you are for the first time, they will conduct a tour. Cleanliness and order are maintained at all times. Tranquility, pleasant unobtrusive music, comfortable water temperature in the pool and Jacuzzi (there are three of them, all different)-what you need for relaxation and a pleasant quiet time. I recommend.

It took a while to use the spa services: on the first day we arrived without an appointment and everything was busy. After signing up the next day, it became clear that this was done for the convenience of the guests — the halls and lockers are designed for a certain number of people. Spending time at the spa is comfortable, not like herrings in a jar) Everything is explained in detail at the reception and the receptionist immediately meets you at the pool. She literally holds the handle and shows you where everything is and how to use it. Everyone is polite and friendly. There are several steam rooms, a swimming pool with different massage jets, cool showers, three Jacuzzis for different numbers of people. We've been everywhere several times in 2.5 hours, and we've relaxed. Cleanliness is monitored. Yes, there is always a lot of water on the floor, but it is also constantly cleaned by a special person. At the same time, not as a janitor, it does not interfere with rest. Thanks for that!! The salt cave is beautiful, but not salty enough ahah. Although I was very relaxed there in a comfortable armchair to the pleasant music of Oh, Pretty Woman 💁🏼♀️ In honor of her husband's birthday, he got a 50% discount. It was nice, because we ourselves did not remind about the upcoming dare (it was a day later). The super price of 3,000 Russian rubles in two hours came out. Overall, excellent service.
