I strongly do not recommend this organization for several reasons:
1) We chose a tour to Vietnam, paid the set price, the next day they asked us for an additional payment, because they did not have time to pay something.
2) They offered to pay an additional fee for a bungalow with a separate entrance, which we refused, but upon arrival it turned out that we had a bungalow with a separate entrance without additional payment.
3) Manager Antonina offered us a 4-star hotel, all documents of the travel agency indicated 4 stars. Upon arrival, it turned out that the hotel had 3 stars, and the condition of the room was terrible, there was no access to the beach (in the photo it was, it was a neighboring beach), breakfast that is, then not (but it doesn't matter, because it is impossible)
4) When addressing these claims to the manager Antonina, she replied that we chose the hotel ourselves, the standards of Asian hotels are very different from Turkish and Egyptian ones (which is easily refuted by Google), "and what do you want from me at all"?
5) After a bit of a fight, we were offered 2 relocation options (these 2 options were Googled by me, the price of booking these hotels is less than the surcharge that I was offered to make, and no one guarantees to return the money for the current hotel (we will try, but hardly))
If you want a spoiled vacation, go to the Delta Tour and to the incompetent manager Antonina.

В январе обратились в агентство по подбору тура в Тайланд. Выбор агентства был случайным. До планируемого отъезда было мало времени. Очень благодарны тур агенту Надежде за оказанную помощь . Она пошагово контролировала и направляла нас при сборе и подаче документов. При подборе тура учла все наши пожелания . На все интересуемые нас вопросы всегда давала информацию , как до отъезда, так и во время отдыха. Человек явно на своем месте и хорошо разбирается своей работе. Планируем и в дальнейшем к ней обращаться. 10/10/10
