A pretty good hotel for your money. We rested for a week. The rooms were cleaned with dignity. Wet cleaning was carried out every day. Change of linen every other day. They ate only breakfast. The buffet. Not to say that there is an abundance of food, but it is enough. The location is more or less normal. The center of Yerevan is 3 km away. There is a 24-hour supermarket nearby. In Turkey, such a hotel would be 5 stars, to put it mildly, I definitely recommend it

But 4 stars for the condition of the hotel. Repairs should still be done already. What I didn't like was the condition of the bathroom and sooooo hard pillows. We slept without them....

There is no gym or swimming pool, the breakfasts are the same every day - there are no porridges and scrambled eggs, only boiled eggs, cereals, sliced meat and cheese, boiled sausages, jam cottage cheese and sour cream, cookies and fruits and every day is the same- everything is edible. Although Komitas Avenue is considered the center, it is far from the main places such as Republic Square and Cascade. Keep in mind that the price when booking and. My room was clean, and so were the common areas. There is breakfast, but it is very monotonous daily, there is no green tea, there may not be enough water in the thermopot. The location is not bad. The staff is polite enough, we didn't communicate much.
The only drawback is that there is no elevator, and monotonous breakfasts

We booked the hotel two months in advance. The reservation was confirmed a day before arrival. The girls at the reception are very friendly. The room was ready for check-in on time. Very clean, comfortable beds, snow-white linen, there is a small refrigerator in the room. By the way, towels were changed every day and the room was cleaned too.
From 8.30 there was breakfast, which was included in the room rate. Slicing, cheeses, cottage cheese, fruits, tea, coffee. You can leave well-fed.
By location: 10 minutes by taxi and we are in the center. A taxi costs about 150 rubles in rubles.
There are two good supermarkets nearby. One has an exchanger with a good exchange rate. Just down the street there is a wonderful tavern- Genatsvale. Everything is very tasty and the prices are very reasonable. Along the street you can buy fruits, vegetables, and much more.

I liked everything. Rooms are cleaned. Breakfast is included, but it is monotonous. Excellent location, close to the center, you can walk to the cascade. The staff is very polite, they meet us halfway.

The breakfasts are quite varied (delicious porridge, eggs, sausages, seasonal fruits, very tasty apricot jam, etc.), there was only a lack of fresh pastries.
The room was spacious, but on one half of the bed there was a very bad mattress, apparently very old, that my back ached (I took off the star just for that).
Next to the hotel there is a Georgian restaurant Genatsvale, where they cook the most delicious khachipuri in Megrelian, tastier than in Tbilisi.

I was at this hotel on April 6-7. Good location of the hotel, within walking distance of shops, cafes, bus stops. The daily cleaning of the room, but there are small comments on the cleanliness of the floor and the remains of bread in the refrigerator from previous visitors. But all this is secondary after you are greeted by the friendly hotel staff, they will answer all your questions and help you solve them. Overall, everything is excellent.
