It is a very beautiful and cozy city.Wonderful, kind people, just like in our whole country. Lots of greenery, beautiful roads, delicious food. It was my first time in this city and I really liked everything. But not hotels, and I'll put 1⭐ on each one, and if it were possible to put a minus sign at all, I'll explain why. My citizenship was clarified at the resale of each hotel, at first I was at a loss why they needed it. After asking the question, I understood and was very surprised and angry. Because the hotel business is international, what kind of citizenship a tourist has doesn't make any difference for this business, a person is a tourist and that's it, but for some reason they decided in Ferghana that foreigners can rent the same rooms more expensive. There are committees in Tashkent, Samarkand, and Bukhara that monitor this and punish hotel owners very harshly for it.Moreover, there is no such rule for renting rooms to foreigners on the hotels' website, because it is illegal and does not stand up to any criticism. I felt ashamed of it, in front of my guests. Because our people and our country are famous for hospitality and kindness, and here this is happening. Uzbekistan is a modern and friendly country, and it's like the attitude of the speculators from the 90s, as if Be kinder, more polite, more honest, happiness to all. The hotel is terrible! The price does not match the quality! I've been living in Uzbekistan for 2.5 years, I've been from Andijan to Khiva, but I've never seen such a shame! The rooms are dead , the mattresses are made of planks , the floor is softer , the airtightness is zero , you will hear the street , the neighbors and who is walking in the corridor, there is no paper in the toilet , everything is rusty , the bathroom is dirty , the towels are very old , the table in the room is burned , the breakfast is a DISGRACE !!!! The food is better in mini-hotels!!! I don't recommend it! Don't waste your money and don't spoil your mood!!!

1) moved from one room to another room 3 times
2) Maintenance "0"
3) The air conditioner does not work
4) There is no ventilation in the toilets
5) There is no telephone in the rooms to communicate with the hotel
6) The water pressure is very low
7) There is no mini fridge
8) I am silent about the elevator, it is very small and there is no air in it

The feature of this hotel is the swimming pool. The room is clean, but it has not been repaired for a long time. The air conditioner was not working. The staff is friendly. At 9 a.m., there is almost nothing left from breakfast, you need to go early otherwise you will be hungry.

IMHO. The room is spacious, the breakfast buffet is delicious. A room with a balcony, for smokers the very thing. Smart TV, connected to no by cable.
There is no refrigerator, WIFI is normal, only Uzbek TV. Parking for cars - roadside.
We, as business travelers, were satisfied.

I was there one night. Buffet breakfast, there is something to choose from, the rooms are clean, the bed is hard. The single bed is narrow. Near the hotel there is a charging station for electric cars from TokBor. Hotel for 4-4.5 out of 5. But in the city there are hotels of the same level of service, but a little cheaper.

Among the disadvantages, it is worth noting the weak Internet, which is often turned off, a VERY hard bed, as well as a poor breakfast.
