The furniture is in excellent condition. There is a refrigerator, bathrobes, slippers, sewing kit, glasses, corkscrew, decanter, 0.5 bottle of water in glass, kettle, glasses, tray, shoe spatula, TV (not included). There is a table and 2 wicker chairs on the balcony. It is very comfortable to sit and look at the sea. The room has a large bed with a simply gorgeous mattress. Sleeping is a pleasure. There is a shower set in the bathroom: gel and shampoo, dental kit, 3 towels. The plumbing is in excellent condition. I really liked the illuminated mirror. There is an aroma diffuser. The cleaning is good. The curtains are clean. No garbage was found. There are 6 breakfast options to choose from. They chose Turkish and American. There is an American breakfast in the photo. Food is allowed to be taken to the room. You can also order lunch or coffee from the restaurant. By the way, we had dinner at the restaurant. Everything is very tasty: delicious fish soup, roast meat, shish kebab and other national dishes. It's a pity we didn't find khinkali, they said it wasn't the season) In general, an excellent hotel for Abkhazia, I can safely recommend it. Moreover, it is located near all the sights: the market, the fortress, the embankment, the Rusdram, etc. And the sea is just a stone's throw away)

I went to Abkhazia for the first time and chose this hotel because it was October, the weather was unstable and I wanted to be closer to the sea, so that if I didn't swim, then I could watch and breathe the sea) I took a Suite! This is really a Luxury for Abkhazia! Close to the sea, the balcony also overlooks the sea, the room is large, bright, there is everything for life! Yes, it doesn't reach the premium class, but still, I was personally satisfied! Breakfast is included in the price) That's great! We had breakfast in the restaurant on the 1st floor, the breakfast is ordered! I wasn't hungry) the location is great, on the waterfront!) the room was cleaned every day, linen and towels were also changed every day! I liked the hotel!

The hotel building is an old building that attracts attention, the room is spacious, the ceilings are high, the balcony is furnished, there is its own fenced Parking. Out of season, the cost of accommodation is quite affordable. The price includes a customized breakfast with a sufficient selection of dishes, but unfortunately, our pancakes and porridge turned out to be cold (even the butter in the porridge did not melt) ... The rooms already require cosmetic repairs, textile replacement, which may be made up for the new season) Considering the price and quality, this is one of the best hotels in Sukhumi.
