Ужасная компания, после закрытия мной ИП , не могу от них добиться возврата моих денежных средств, которые лежат у Денко на балансе. З месяца кормят завтраками. Не порядочная организация, которая обманывает своих клиентов.

Нашел ребят на Авито, помогли запустить магазин на озоне, теперь продаю товары для малышей, игрушки развивающие всякие, в общем все для самых маленьких, классный сервис, удобная автоматизация, мне остается только следить за товарами на самом маркетплейсе и улучшать карточки

Ужасный сервис. Сделала заказ 30913 16.01, оплатила. и тишина. Пыталась дозвониться сама. Телефон не работает. Написала в телеграмм. Сначала не отвечали, хотя в сети были и сообщения мои видели. Пригрозила жалобой - тогда сразу ответили, что сегодня-завтра отправят. И снова тишина. Сегодня (19.01) заказ до сих пор обрабатывается, на сообщения не отвечают вовсе. Кроме того, заказ 30909 отменила ещё 16.01 - деньги до сих пор не вернули. И теперь исходя из такого опыта общения с ними вообще боюсь не вернут... В общем, если хотите потерять время, деньги и нервы - обращайтесь в денко.
