Once we wanted to withdraw cash, the manager said that he would not give us money and that we only need to go to the bank where we opened the account, complete nonsense, isn't it? The next day we went to another manager and found out if there was money in the cash register, and he said yes there was and that we could withdraw a certain amount, we agreed, but then another manager appeared (maybe a senior one) and told us not to give anything, I wonder? They don't want to give us our own money. We realized that in this department we can't get a penny (of our own money). Then we asked to open a credit card in addition to a debit card secured by our own funds, and then the manager told us that we could not get a credit card because we were prohibited from doing so, and by the way, another manager said that we could get it, but we had to wait a week. As a result, we just went to another branch, and lo and behold, they immediately gave us a credit card and gave us cash without any problems. IF THE BANK'S MANAGEMENT READS THESE REVIEWS, THEN PAY ATTENTION TO THIS BRANCH, IT IS SIMPLY USELESS, BECAUSE THE MANAGERS HERE SIMPLY DO NOT WANT TO DO THEIR JOB.
