Very attentive and efficient staff, Whatsapp communication is adequate, to the point, nothing superfluous when making an appointment with a doctor. The doctor is a super professional Alina Daniyarovna, a therapist, very attentive, performed the procedure on 10 out of 10 or just brilliantly! I do not recommend this clinic based on personal treatment experience. She previously underwent dental canal treatment here. After the procedure, my tooth bothered me periodically, but the clinic said that everything was fine and I just had to wait. At the same time, they did not take a control scan after treatment, and they did not inform me about possible complications. After a while, the pain persisted, I applied several times, they said that everything was fine..and when contacting, it turned out once again that there was a fragment of the instrument in the canal extending beyond the tip of the root, and there was also an inflammatory reaction of the tissues. I had not been informed about the complication in this clinic before. When I applied again, I was offered tooth extraction followed by implantation. A discount on implantation was also suggested as a solution, but this treatment option is not suitable for me, since I am interested in preserving my own tooth. As a result, I had to contact other clinics that offered treatment options with the preservation of the tooth. This situation turned out to be very stressful and unpleasant for me. I would like patients to receive complete information about the course of treatment, possible complications and possible solutions. P.S. The treatment took place at the clinic's branch, which at the time of treatment was located at 8 Sholokhova Street, and is now located at 122a Kabanbai Batyr. The doctor is Vasilina Remizova I'm taking a picture of the tooth.

I rarely write reviews, but I think it's important here! I want to thank the dentist, Ultuar Amanovna. My husband and I came to Kazakhstan for a health check and she helped us a lot. I initially unsuccessfully got to another clinic and there I was intimidated that I needed to treat 6 teeth and I decided to go to another clinic and hear a different opinion. At the Dent Suite, they immediately took a picture of my teeth and showed that I have healthy teeth and caries begins a little on the two upper teeth. I solved this issue in one visit. I really appreciate such a service, where they do not try to sell services and make a plan. Now I recommend this clinic to everyone!
