One minus is the administrator. He completely ignores clients, can throw off a piece of paper during a conversation, does not give any explanations about payment. It's impossible to ask anything, he's rude right away.

The worst dentistry I've ever been to. I went to get my teeth done in February, and I got three teeth. The filling on one fell off after a month, the fillings on two teeth were not processed, which collected food and it was impossible to eat. I went to do it under warranty, installed a filling instead of the one that fell out, where the gap between the teeth stuck, now this filling presses on the second tooth and it hurts, and collects all the food, even chewing gum is impossible! And this clinic is worse than it was in the Soviet Union (where teeth were made for free), where two people are picking at your mouth, one on one side lies on top of you and presses down with weight, and the other screams keep your mouth open, and it's all done for money. The attitude is rude, where you haven't heard about the service at all, I don't recommend the worst clinic. And their guarantee is a funny thing, where they just punish you for applying. I would go to court, but I don't want to waste time. I don't recommend it, and it's my mistake to contact this dental network! Now they asked me for a receipt for payment for the service, and I remembered that this clinic categorically refused to accept cashless payments, I had to prove my right to pay by wire transfer, but I would have paid in cash, I would not have proved anything, some kind of connected scheme of this network. The payment was made by bank transfer on 12.02.2025 at 2:45 p.m., in the amount of 87,000 tenge. Look at your last name in your records, if it is kept at all in such dentists.
