I made an appointment with a doctor Kiva Yana Olegovna. It was necessary to urgently install a ceramic metal crown. I sent him to repair the channels. I turned to another large private clinic a few days later, on the advice of people, to a professional of the 1st category. It turned out that there was no need to heal any channels and they would also try to restore the fang (which Yana Olegovna did not even try to look at and try and only remove. The treatment started after 2 days. Draw conclusions, spend time and money, and nerves!!

No one apologized for the fact that we had been waiting for so long and at the administrator's request to clarify how much longer we had to wait, since the child had already started having hysterics, we did not hear any specific answer and left, since it was unclear what there was no point in waiting.As a result, the time spent, the terrible impression of this place, is unreasonably advertised and expensive.
The room itself is very small and uncomfortable.The screams of patients can be heard in the corridor.

Well, probably the doctor and the record data never catch my eye.
A young lady is sitting at the reception, with a stony and arrogant face, not asking anything. although the doctors themselves are nice and helpful.

I signed up for a professional cleaning of the entire cavity, the doctor made only those teeth that were needed, explaining that there was no point in paying money down the drain! Perhaps the specialists are excellent, but you have little chance of getting to them, because medical registrars will not allow you to do this.
I listened to music for 10 minutes of the call, then the medical recorder picked up the phone, said wait and put the phone aside. Moreover, it was heard that there was no large flow of people in the clinic itself. I managed to joke and laugh a few more times with a colleague. As a result, no one returned to the conversation, and after ONE HOUR our call was finished by the mobile operator.
Davydyuk I.I., pay attention to the professionalism of your medical registrars. Instead of bringing a potential client to the clinic and getting good money for treatment, medical registrars do everything to discourage the desire to contact your clinic.

Probably a clinic for Vip people of our city or Vip friends of Davidyuk I.I.! Getting through, making an appointment is not something that is not possible - from the field of "fiction". I've been calling for a whole week - just music and no one picks up the phone. I had to sign up for another clinic where I was admitted the next day! Apparently clients are not needed here. I signed up for a tooth extraction in 2 months, called in 5 days, specified the time of recording, corrected all the cases, which, I must say, I have a lot, because I work late. As a result, the administrator confused something and it turned out that the recording time was different. This is not even the level of work of the state registry!!! Terrible disappointment and huge moral damage.

The atmosphere and staff here are so welcoming that the fear gradually began to go away. After taking anesthesia, the doctor assured that everything would be absolutely painless. And indeed, the tooth was sawed off, taken out piece by piece. And I didn't feel anything during that time.
