I have been coming from Germany for dental treatment and implantation for more than 5 years. As a doctor, I heard that I work in Europe, the price tag did not find itself waiting. The joke is that when I put a tooth on the m/c joint, they don't offer me, but impose the insertion of a temporary crown. Like it's included in the price.

The trip to this clinic ended after a conversation with the administrator. There was a feeling that the girl on the phone was completely incompetent. Having stated my problem, I hoped that she would orient me to which specialist to sign up for. But according to her answer, sign up wherever you want. If you want to see a surgeon, then make an appointment with a surgeon, if anything, the surgeon will send you to another specialist himself. She didn't even mention the dental scan anywhere. After such a dismissive conversation, I stopped wanting to visit such a clinic.

I was at the reception on 08/07/24. There is no individual approach, from the word at all, people are different. I got the impression that I came to the clinic for a fee, and not to the clinic, where I pay 2 or even 3 times more expensive . I do not recommend it . If you want to be treated well, then you should visit another clinic. But the proper treatment was provided well, I hope.

I turned to brushing my teeth.Everything is very polite and loyal on the phone.But in fact, the unhappy face of the administrator was very confused.It felt like I had disturbed her with my visit).Doctors- no individual approach, pure commerce on a conveyor basis. Imposing unnecessary services that are not necessary.It is possible to have a different attitude when handling a check from thousands.In general, the impression is unpleasant from the clinic.

I am deeply outraged by the attitude of the dental center towards its clients. She was booked in advance (two weeks in advance) to a periodontist on Saturday, July 2. I was traveling from another country specifically to see a doctor. The bus stood at the border for two and a half hours, and I was late. I wrote a message from the bus at 12 o'clock (via Viber) that I was not on time (by 12.45) and asked to wait for me. But I did not receive any response, and when I arrived, at 13.30 h., I found the blinds closed on the doors. Although the website says that on Saturday the center is open until 14.00. Disgusting attitude towards customers!!!!!! It's a pity for the time spent (the whole day) and the money for the trip. I do not recommend this center to any foreign citizen!

I am just delighted with this dental center! Doctors are real magicians! I came to this center from Bobruisk and absolutely do not regret the time and money spent. A huge thank you to the doctor Busel A. A. for my amazing new smile, which took 1 hour and 20 minutes of time, although two front teeth, one of which was broken off, required serious work. I recommend this center to absolutely everyone. Smart guys!!!
