I am a regular customer of SIA Dentarium, and the whole family is treated here. The doctors — Alexander Svazh, Iluta Janson, Ilse Rubule — always have a high standard, their work is respected. After visiting the hygienist, I signed up for a consultation (two weeks before the visit), the administrator announced the price of 50 €, I clarified and entered it in the calendar. After the reception, the reception was billed 70 € instead of the agreed 50. When asked about the reason, the administrator replied coldly: "there must have been additional services," although there were no additional manipulations. The communication was accompanied by boorish remarks that exceed all boundaries. When asked to give a name, the receptionist said that "she doesn't have a name." Only the doctor's intervention solved the situation, and the price was confirmed as 50 €. And this, unfortunately, is not the first time that I have encountered such a service at the reception. Previously, communication was just cold and strange, but now it has turned into open rudeness. The service at the entrance does not correspond to the level of specialists. If the situation changes, I am ready to review the review and give a fair assessment.
