I visited Dentko dentistry for the first time. Dentistry is located in the Moskovsko-Viennese shopping center on the 3rd floor. The cozy atmosphere and light music distract a little from the thoughts that you are in dentistry. The doctor's young assistant, Polina Shpakovskaya, kindly invited me to go into the office. The offices are huge with glass doors. Comfortable dental chairs, the latest equipment. The kind Polina offered a blanket in case I get cold. Dr. Lebed O.S. examined my teeth, told me which teeth needed to be treated, oriented them immediately by cost and time, but first you need to remove plaque. I did it quickly and professionally.
I really liked the doctor's approach, during the procedure, the doctor explained what she was doing and why. This approach is usually applied to children and it is very soothing, and you forget what they are doing there. After the procedure, the teeth were polished and a protective agent was applied. Next, the doctor's assistant Polina took another 3D picture, and the disk was handed over. I am very grateful to the doctor Lebedev O.S. and Shpakovskaya Polina, the doctor's assistant, for their sensitive attention and individual approach. Premium class dentistry.

This clinic shocked me. It all started with the medical registrar, who was chatting sweetly with a colleague, while I stood and waited for their conversation to end. Next, I filled out my own data (this is the first time I've seen this, it's usually done by the medical registrars themselves, but come on). When she filled out the data, the girl asked to wait a minute and began to count the money (apparently it was very important at that moment). Everything continued in the doctor's office. I needed a stamp about going to the dentist. As it turned out, there is no stamp, but they will take it from some other doctor. They offered me a service that I didn't need at that time (I came with a specific request). I did not like either the medical registrar's service or the doctor's own consultation. In general, she left and never set foot there again!
