I am a mother with many children, and I signed up my 11-year-old daughter for dental treatment. We live far outside the city. It so happened that the car broke down and they could not get to the appointment at the appointed time. When asked to reschedule the reception for another day, I heard a barrage of insults and a rude refusal. With such hatred for people, how can they be treated? I am glad that my daughter did not go to such a dentist.
