If it were possible to give 0 stars for the attitude and reception of Anna Valeryevna Zubritskaya, I would have done so. I have never met such a haughty and arrogant person, who, moreover, does not understand anything. She conducts the reception as if she's doing a favor, and instead of giving a simple human answer to any question, she theatrically rolls her eyes and smacks her lips, as if she's doing charity, and people are still asking questions. I brought my daughter to her for caries treatment. The treatment followed the course described above and lasted a maximum of 7 minutes. The amount for the treatment was quite impressive, about 150 rubles. For minor caries, this is, to put it mildly, TOO MUCH! At the end, Zubritskaya A.V. said that it was necessary to treat another tooth that was damaged by caries. After leaving the clinic with an unpleasant feeling of sediment for such an attitude, we decided that the tooth that needs to be treated, according to Zubritskaya A.V., would be in another place. After a while, we signed up at the city polyclinic, where the doctor told us that you don't have any caries! It's just the structure of the tooth, with a lot of irregularities on the surface. To say that I'm in shock is an understatement! How can a doctor who allows himself to conduct a paid appointment not distinguish caries from its absence???!!!!! Or is it such an absorbing thirst for money that the so-called "doctor" is ready to saw a healthy tooth and talk intelligently about poor oral sanitation?! The question is open. The only thing I have determined for myself is that I will never go to this clinic again.
