We agreed to this hotel, according to the previous detailed reviews, but in fact everything is not as rosy as we would like. 1) Our room was not prepared (although it was booked from 14.00, in fact we arrived at 22.30, due to the delay of the plane and traffic jams at the border), 3 beds were booked, as a result, bed linen was only for 2 guests, there was not even toilet paper in the bathroom. How's that? Is it really impossible to prepare the room for the arrival of guests?? 2) There are no dishes in the room at all. On the 3rd day, my daughter caught a rotovirus infection (I brought medicines with me in advance), but I did not take the thermometer with me. The hotel doesn't even have a thermometer. 3) there is no question of changing bed linen and towels. She asked to change her underwear, because her daughter had a fever all day and, accordingly, sweated the same way. They accepted the application, but did not finish the job. Wait for the maid to come after 17.00, no one came. They don 't do any wet cleaning , as they say here every day , it 's a hoax . There was a mop with a rag near the room, apparently they had prepared it for the guests in advance, she washed the floors herself, so it was impossible to be in a dirty room with ants and hundred-year-old dust under the wardrobe and sofa. The food is monotonous, it's the same every day, the appliances, glasses, and trays are greasy, and they don't wash well. I had to rinse everything by myself in the sink nearby. . The sewage system in the room just STINKS TERRIBLY. I just liked that the air conditioner was working well, and there was hot and cold water without interruption + the beach is nearby and the yard is well maintained and beautiful. Wi-fi is only in the courtyard, the room was not hooked. I do not recommend such a hotel to anyone. The transfer picked us up at 5.35 am, although the plane was at 14.00. As a result, we were in Sochi at 8 a.m., and the flight practically took off at 5 p.m. due to the delay of the plane, as a result, we spent the whole day in a stuffy airport. The hotel is located by the sea. The beach is clean, free sun beds. On the territory inside the hotel there is a very beautiful, well-kept garden with palm trees and various flowering plants. The staff is very polite, there is no limit to hospitality. Taxis and various excursions are provided on request. Three meals a day, just great. After dinner, if desired, you can arrange a disco. We became friends with the staff and some other people. We received a lot of guests. They left in tears. On the downside, there were thin walls between the rooms, but that didn't bother us. It was quiet. We got unforgettable emotions. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!
