The place is gorgeous, everything is thought out to the smallest detail. It is pleasant to walk among the greenery, every corner of the vast territory is decorated with great love. A mini zoo with rabbits and chickens, goats, a peacock, you can buy treats for them in the restaurant, the children are very happy to feed the animals. Several ponds,swings, playgrounds,play areas,lawn tennis and table tennis,football,armchair bags on which you can sit. You can rent a cottage or a gazebo . In a few days, the plans changed, they wanted to postpone the booking date, as a result, the date was not postponed, at least half of the cost of the house was not returned, they blocked everywhere and I do not go to contact. Among other things, they conduct activities as illegally as possible, they do not give checks, and payment is accepted by transfer to Caspi.

It's a beautiful place. Everything is clean and tidy. There is no filth and shabbiness. Apparently repairs are done regularly. A huge territory, well maintained. We had a two-family house. It has two floors, with different entrances. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room, a table accommodates many guests. But we were sitting on the veranda. Outside there is a barbecue area, a frame swimming pool. 2 bathrooms, which is very convenient. In the bathroom there are disposable toothbrushes with toothpaste, a hairdryer, towels. All the necessary utensils are there, even a large dish.
There is a restaurant with a bar on site. The food is delicious. You can also order a sauna separately.

We were in the spring, beautiful, clean, cozy. A wonderful place for a family relaxing holiday.
The road was not very good, to put it mildly, on a low car it catches all the bumps. The parquet floor is normal. The pointers are more than informative, especially on the Cockpits.

The territory is gorgeous, although the road to this place is not paved with asphalt, it's a pity 😞
In general, I liked everything, now there is a desire to relax in a cottage with an overnight stay 👍
But an unpleasant situation happened that crossed out all impressions ... of course, without proper order and demands from the staff and guards, there would not have been such cleanliness, beauty, order. All this should be noted, it marks a serious and responsible attitude to their work 👍👍👍 But still, we came to a place of rest to recharge with pleasant impressions, and not to the Gestapo! We don't walk around stoned, drunk or with cigarettes in our mouths! We came on a guest visit to celebrate our daughter's 2 years old together with our relatives, among whom were our elderly parents. My father's legs can't walk, plus he has a bad heart. On the way back from the Derby territory, the road is not close for a sick person and he has already sat down on the ground because he felt sick. But despite this, the guard continued to turn off his simple humanity, instead of being able to immediately let us pick up my father from the territory by car without a conflict. I had to go into conflict with the guard and call an ambulance for my father on the way home! That 's a birthday 😏
