The administrator could not answer this question, despite several messages. At the same time, these works continue to be used as examples of results. It also follows from the correspondence that one of the doctors sees patients only in the "consultation + injection procedure" format, without the possibility of a separate consultation. In such a situation, it is natural to clarify the indications for injection methods before recording. After two days of silence, I received voice messages personally from the chief physician, which included the phrases "a million questions," "if you're so smart, treat yourself," and "we don't need tips from the patient." After that, the contact was blocked and there was no opportunity to reply. I think it is important that patients understand not only the list of clinic services, but also what level of communication and attitude to the patient can be expected even before admission. In my case, this was enough to make the decision not to apply to this clinic.

I don't recommend it! I came to Akisheva Arailym for a consultation, she didn't even say hello. The attitude is boorish, no politeness. They said they wouldn't even consult without an injection. It feels like I'm only interested in pumping out money, not helping a client. A very unpleasant experience. Don't set foot in there anymore!
