Specialists, if you can call them that, are not competent in carrying out their tasks. The apartment project in the new building was made with a lot of mistakes, which had to be paid for during the renovation process. Kristina was especially incompetent, having to double-check everything and fix numerous errors. It got to such an absurdity that the designer added a radio, TV cable and telephone wire to the project of the new building, and this is in 2024!
When pointing out the flaws, Kristina behaved aggressively, and was not a proper model of how to behave with a client.
This organization also carried out the acceptance of the apartment, which in principle is difficult to call acceptance. The director brought several students without special construction equipment, and he taped notes on the windows. The director suggested that I fill out the acceptance certificate myself. I am preparing a lawsuit against this organization. I do not recommend having any agreements with them.

I liked their work done. I did everything turnkey, from design to complete repairs. Designer Maria is just super! Not just does what you said, but really thinks whether it will be convenient. Informs about the nuances. If I had planned it myself, I would not have taken into account many things.
After 2 years, the wall was redone under warranty (there was a small crack in the corner due to shrinkage of the house). Which shows the level of the campaign and service.
Builders are selected to be smart, handy, and not drinkers.

They only do repairs in new buildings, they don't even want to hear about secondary housing.
