Good afternoon! I want to share my feedback. On 12/27/2020, I was in the salon at the address Moscow, at the master Elena Anatolyevna Treshkalina at 14:00. Sadovaya-Kudrinskaya 19c1 Dessange. I signed up for painting the roots with highlights, I previously liked everything in this salon, but this time it's just terrible, I don't understand how such a salon can carry out such coloring, and even for such money. The coloring is not smooth somehow, the roots are not dyed, I was charged 13400 for painting long hair, and the roots were not dyed, as well as they washed my hair with shampoo for shine without warning me that it was for an additional fee, I found out about it only at the checkout, and I also refused, warning the master that I do not need styling, just a regular blow-drying after washing my hair, which I was very surprised at, they wrote in the receipt for me as shampooing for short hair 1500 and they charged me for drying as a separate procedure that I did not receive. For the first time, I was charged an additional fee in the salon for regular head drying. And as a result, the check was 17,000 rubles for such highlighting, just terrible service, especially without warning about additional procedures for an additional fee. Although it was agreed by me when making an appointment on the phone that I only need highlighting of the roots and that's it! And in general, how can the price be different in the salons of Dessange in Moscow and in St. Petersburg, much cheaper by 2 times than in Moscow for the same procedures working under the same brand?! I ask the management to deal with such customer service!
