Today’s (19/04/2023 )staff was so rude and ill mannered , firstly she greeted all the Russian customers and provided them a good and pleasant service , where as when i placed my ordered there were no greetings or anything and my coffee was given in the disposal cup when my order wasn’t even take away, she provided other customers with descent cups and proper services where as i got my coffee in a disposable take away cup. The entire experience was very unpleasant. 👎🏻

Решила сегодня заглянуть в Дессертум на бульваре, чтобы попить кофе с вкусняшкой и глаза разбежались от представленного ассортимента вкусняшек ))) В глаза бросился стильный интерьер, спокойная музыка и приветливый, вежливый персонал. Обслуживание очень быстрое и комфортное. Место очень уютное и оставляет самое прекрасное впечатление🌺 Спасибо большущее за вкусный кофе с тортиком и приятные впечатления 🌺

Сегодня мне удалось посетить кафе "Десертрум". Отличное кафе с восхитительными десертами и приятной атмосферой. Настоящее райское место для любителей сладкого! Все очень вкусно, красиво оформлено и подано с улыбкой!
