I signed up for the long-term coverage removal service. I came by appointment and they said to me from the doorway: "Oh, didn't I call you?" It turned out that. My record is so small and inconspicuous that it was overlooked and forgotten, explaining it as a human factor. Then they tried to pick up the master from another client for 10 minutes, called all their friends, no one can. When asked to give me a complaint book, they did not give it, they decided to try asking the masters again and eventually offered to enroll me in another salon. I couldn't even imagine such a "service" happening anywhere else.

I was in this salon today for a long-term styling + coloring + eyebrow correction procedure. They ruined my eyebrows with coloring and correction. They made a terribly inappropriate shape and too intense color. In response to my complaint, the receptionist said that I was the first person in their salon who was unhappy with the procedure. And when I asked her to contact the director, she said that she was the director. I do not recommend this salon and master Olga. Now I don't know how to go outside with such eyebrows. I want to get my money back for this job.
