We came to the store on expobel to buy our daughter shoes for an unexpected event . We asked the sellers to help us find a certain size, to which the staff replied somewhere in the hall and that was it. After a long search, we tried 1 more attempt to conduct a dialogue, they replied, which means they were bought. I asked for the phone number of the store in another shopping center, where it was indicated on the website that this one was also available, so that I would not be told "somewhere in the hall or it means they were bought." And here, too, they could not help. Kindly ask the management! Maybe you will teach not only how to display goods and neglect customers, but also tell us the basic basics of communicating with customers!

My husband came for an order made in the application (not for the first time), he stood for an HOUR, one seller for the whole hall, who can't say a word and doesn't know anything, the queues are fierce, everyone is looking too, the hall is a mess, rummaging through everything in the sectors and not finding himself.. Turn around and drive away that's it! I repeat, the service is zero!

The dirtiest dm. Everything is scattered in the department with things, there is nothing to find. There's paper from shoes on the floor, and dirt in general... in boxes, you can't get through!
