I called an ambulance for a temperature of 40.1 in a 10-month-old child. They brought me to the emergency room (it was night), not only was the doctor (unfortunately I don't remember the last name) very unhappy, apparently because she was woken up, she talked rudely. I understand everything, no one wants to work at night, I'm a nurse myself, but they didn't bring an alcoholic to you, but a small child. The pediatrician came, examined (at that time the temperature was brought down to 38.5), wrote a certificate and sent it home, saying that "your teeth are coming out." As a result of all this, it turned out that the child had a childhood infection-exanthema. And the teeth supposed by the doctor, a month later, did not come out. The nurse in the emergency room was the kindest and helped me a lot with the children.

In general, doctors are professionals, they work at a high level and the equipment allows them to identify and treat people!!!But there is a staff.... especially the cleaners, who felt like they were department heads, that they could afford to be bossy and swear at children.

Unfortunately, it so happened that we got to the hospital with our daughter! My husband was lying down right away, then me. But fortunately they fell into the hands of Maria Igorevna! This is a doctor with a capital letter! She is very attentive, very responsive, despite her age, experienced and competent! The medical staff is also at a high level. Nowadays it is difficult to meet humanity, but it was at the children's hospital that they treated us very tenderly, with love and attention.
And I can't help but mention the nutrition! That my husband came in a "plus", that I!
Despite all the fear and worries for his child, trusting the specialists, the treatment took place in a comfortable environment.
