They don't have enough personnel, they made a ticket queue, but they couldn't get a ticket. You can't get to a cardiologist, ophthalmologist, otorhinolaryngologist, neurologist, surgeon, orthopedist. And my favorite place is the reception desk. Guys, you work with people, learn how to talk, otherwise you get the feeling that you were taken on farms and put to people, a terrible attitude. Even calling the manager doesn't help.

For two years of treatment, on the positive side, I want to note the politeness and goodwill of the girls at the reception, it is always nice to communicate and will prompt and go to a meeting if you ask well.
I really liked the attitude to the work of the pediatrician Petukhova, a good doctor and specialist.
BUT this whole review is about how the doctor Shapik is careless about his duties. Prescribes medications to a small child with a temperature of 38.5, without even conducting an examination and sends him home (initial admission). When you ask to listen to the lungs, he sighs and just does an examination with his hands.
I thought that this fact, the human factor. But it turned out that two more friends had a similar situation. The question is, why engage in such a wonderful profession, if the process of examining children is so disgusting? How many pneumonias can be undetected after such a reception?

The children's polyclinic of our city clearly requires internal repairs, staffing, as well as the presence of internal security, because in connection with the settlement of our city by a certain contingent, not only physical piggishness appeared, but also moral, which both visitors and doctors themselves face.
