Of course, I would like more procedures, well, as it was, the disadvantage in the procedures was that the oxygen cocktail is PAID, yes, it is optional, you can not pay, but it is considered a procedure. The children went for a walk several times a day. The day is scheduled minute by minute on weekdays and it's good that you can't say about weekends. Phones are taken away, but this is more of a plus, because nowadays children are very dependent on the phone. By the way, phones are issued at a strictly allotted time, on weekdays from 14 to 20.30, and on weekends from 12. And here again, perhaps this point is worth working out. For example, to give out from 11 to 15, and then from 18 to 21, this is my personal opinion. The child did not like it, BUT this is not related to the treatment and the staff, but more to the team of children, plus the child really wanted to go home because of the inability to socialize with the children there. Therefore, I recommended going to a psychologist, several times the child went for a personal conversation. According to the child's stories, I can say that they were standing in one place, I did not notice any progress. There were also group classes, but even after talking with some children, they are not enthusiastic about these classes. Perhaps it is possible to revise the program of classes and trainings of a psychologist. Psychological classes are necessary and useful, so I don't understand people who write that this is nonsense and that their children are considered mentally ill. This is the right approach in this institution, and even the most mentally healthy person needs a psychologist. Some wrote that the regime is like in prison, well, initially you need to look at the sign of the institution, it does not say that this is an entertainment camp. This is a rehabilitation hospital, it has its own rules and a regime that must be followed, this is correct. If you want your child to be entertained there, go to the circus, and if you come to be treated and get well, then there is nothing to arise. I took off the stars, only because of the psychologist's classes, as it is visible to my child, this psychologist did not come up, the psychologist did not find the proper approach to the problem.

Children complain about tasteless food, comparing it with other places and sanatoriums, there is also no clear time for procedures (they are in the morning) and therefore they have to wait for each full hour. Then the school takes up the rest of the day (from 14.00 to 18) and the street only at 20.00. Weekends are boring, there is no way for children to communicate with another department. It is not clear the arrival of new children, they only get to know each other, they leave and new ones come. You can't walk all over the territory, only a certain small part (teenagers don't have enough of this space) But despite this, the procedures and staff are good, and the children get used to it after a week. The main thing is to bring money for a buffet of dates and sweets.

In general, the first and last trip, some procedures are paid, but we have honey. after all, "free" is a hospital and the regime is like in prison. The child is constantly out of mood, because there is nothing to do.

Очень красивое место. Хороший персонал. Ребенку очень понравилось. Все условия для проживания есть. Регулярно проводят концерты для детей. Есть прачка, комната отдыха с достаточным количеством настольных игр, теннисный стол.

больница в принципе хорошая, но в 1А блоке советую поменять одну мед сестру, розеток хватает (по крайней мере у меня в блоке хватало), еда в столовой однообразная, не вся вкусная конечно, но есть можно. для меня очень был важен персонал, и здесь он хороший, доброжелательный, есть конечно пару врачей которые относятся очень халатно к пациентам. на целый день под просмотр родителей отпускаю это огромный плюс, главное заранее предупредить глав. врача. огромное спасибо Гапеевай Ирине Анатольевне за хорошую работу и отношение, заходила раз в два дня и наблюдала за нашим состояние. единственное что я не поняла зачем так часто занятие с психологом? через день для нас это было много. у психолога было интересно, но некоторые игры были не очень, что я не могла расслабиться. но целом больница не плохая.

Это не санаторий, это больница. В ней много процедур и оборудования различного. В учебное время дети учатся. Никаких мероприятий для развлечения детей нет, только 1-2 раза за всю смену в актовом зале. Имеется игровая, но работает она только после тихого часа. Дети по большей части предоставлены сами себе, хотя в каждом блоке имеется воспитатель. Мед персонал 50/50. Могут и накричать на детей, не обратить внимание на их просьбы или жалобы. Если ребенок заболел, его переведут в изолятор , но никах препаратов для лечения простуды у них нет. Питание обычное стандартное ,порции как и в школах. Телефоны сдаются на ночь. Выход на улицу 2 раза в день на час в сопровождении мед сестры, вечером воспитатель. Когда выводят на улицу, уходить никуда нельзя, хотя территория большая, но кроме большой площадки никуда не водят. Уроки у старшей школы с 14:30 до 19:15. Имеется буфет, но там почти всегда принимают только монетками, но можно и картой.

Досталась нам путевка от поликлинники,сама больница отличная,все снаружи и внутри красиво,опять же нехватка кадров,мы умудрились там заболеть ни лор врача,ни невролага в штате не было,нас конечно подлечили,но настоятельно рекомендовали раньше уезчать и идти на прием в поликлиннику.Физиопроцедуры стандартные бесплатно,соляная комната и кислородные коктейли пришлось дополнительно оплачивать.Еда ребенку понравилась,сказала только не наедалась.

Отдыхал ребёнок, 9 лет. В палате 4 человека, рядом пост медсестры которая всегда под бокам! Телефоны разрешают только с 14 до 21, потом их забирают. Процедуры, бассейн, прогулки в лес и игры на площадках, игры в игровой а так же школьная программа. В целом обслуживанием и питанием довольна, с удовольствием поедем и в следующем году.

Всё нравится, была там два раза, самый лучший блок в который вы можете попасть блок д2, там в каждой комнате есть душ и туалет, на втором этаже игровая, каждый день прогулки на чистом воздухе, прогулки в лес

Мед.персонал 50/50. Попадались не очень адекватные врачи. Находиться можно только у здания, хотя совсем недалеко лес и речка. Почему бы туда с медсестрой не ходить хотя бы на выходные? Еда неплохая. Учеба ни о чём. Есть куда стремиться. Хотя эмоции остались положительные.
