I love this store very much for its assortment and price-quality ratio, very often profitable promotions. But one huge PROBLEM is the staff of this store. It's not the first time I've come across that you approach an employee for help, and in response you see a sour and dissatisfied face, or a look as if the person doesn't work here and I'm just pestering a passerby. From the example, there were sandals of the size I needed on the website and it was written that they were available in the store, in fact they were not in the window, I asked the employee to look in the warehouse, to which I heard "If not, then no." I suggested that she look for it anyway, and after 5 minutes of walking into the warehouse, she brought out the product I needed and pointed it at me with displeasure. The situation is as follows, there was no baby formula for the age I needed on the counter, but the website says that you can order even more than one package. I approach the girl, who was "very busy" trying to stay awake from "a lot of work," and ask if there might still be this mixture in stock, to which I did not hear a single word, but just a sleepy negative shake of my head. After 2 minutes, I went to the website, placed an order, and after another 2 minutes, my order in the form of two packs of baby food was ready for delivery. The third case, approaching the employees who were discussing something with each other about the availability of the right size of pants, one of the girls replied to me, "we are not actually consultants and do not have to know, look for yourself." What is this anyway? Maybe the administration of the Children's World should think about this issue, set up self-service cash desks and dismiss all "non-consultants"? Otherwise, I don't see the point in such work that you don't go in, as if you've come to their house, no one knows anything, everyone is unhappy and don't touch us. Because of this, it's even embarrassing to bother these very busy "employees" another time. The store's rating is 5 stars, and the staff's rating is not even 1 star.

The choice of products is very limited, although there used to be a choice of pacifiers and mixtures. I don't know what has changed, but hypermarkets have a wider range. The store's employees do not know the product range, they cannot advise, they read everything from the packaging, which I can do the same. I couldn't find my own order among the orders from the sectors, and they refused to help me search. They said, "Your order, and you're looking for it." Seriously??? Is this how employees should respond? At least you 're giving some kind of briefing . They're standing behind the cash register with a stony face, why are they all so sullen? I don't like the store, the service, and the assortment. Sometimes there are successful promotions for clothes, I put 2 points due to this, the rest is a complete bottom, thank you!
