Due to the renovation, the exposition has been reduced by 10-15 times!!!! And this is not an exaggeration. There is NO POINT in visiting. Especially for those who have already been there. Tellingly, the museum itself is shamefully silent about this and does not even reduce the price of tickets. A COMPLETE DISAPPOINTMENT. I do not recommend visiting until 2028 (after the repair), from the word at all!

Sit down, it's an amazing place. Informative and visual. The children are schoolchildren, they watched everything they studied on paper. Everyone is delighted, including Dad. It is a pleasure to explain by examples. When we visit Munich, there is always a museum program item, just plan a day to visit. The exposition is large and not everything can be seen in time. In addition, you can try some of the exhibits, it's interesting. I advise you!!!

The best museum! The scale is amazing. I consider it mandatory for students, schoolchildren and everyone in general to attend. Real pumps, turbines, you can't look at everything in a day. Very visual expositions. We will definitely come again

A great museum. And it's very big - the abundance of exhibits at some point makes your head hurt. There are a lot of interactive expositions on various topics: astronomy, biology, physics, mathematics, shipbuilding, computer science,... You can even enter the cage model :)
There is a good souvenir shop, its small "branch" is at Munich airport.

Very informative! The mines for the extraction of various ores look very natural. It will be interesting for children to run around there like in a maze. According to the schedule, excursions and demonstration experiments are conducted in each department.
Experiments with electricity are carried out. They put an employee in a metal braided ball, lift him up 5 meters and hit him with lightning! Terrible thunder, small children (3-4 years old) get scared and start crying. Therefore, with older children, only for this experiment.

I really liked it. If you look at the exhibits carefully, you won't have enough time. One of the disadvantages is that there is no audio guide and it is difficult to determine where you are on the map. The ticket price at the time of the visit was 14 euros.
Also, pay attention to the opening hours of the 6th floor (planetarium) - we didn't have time, it closed earlier.
