I would like to share a negative review about DIA. We ordered the installation of racks from them, and on the same day after the exhibition of goods, one of the shelves was skewed and parted. We asked the company to adjust the shelf, but we were simply referred to the heavy load and lack of time. They also tried to find the causes of a breakdown in a crooked floor or an overload of goods, but all our racks were normally located and without problems. This was clearly caused by a substandard installation. The same product is on their shelves, and everything is fine, it stands straight and strong, but here there is a negligent attitude towards customers who have been their customers for several years. We paid them for the installation, but they refused to fix the problem properly. After our payment, they just showed their disregard for us and our problem. As a human being, they did not want to do their installation work efficiently. I don't recommend this company. This is a bad service, and after payment you can immediately forget about any further "service"
