I'll say this, if the car is in good condition, then everything goes very quickly - no more than 15 minutes in total and another 5 minutes for the payment / registration of the Order. A nice girl signed me up quickly, and it was my turn in 7 minutes. It is very convenient that there is an electronic scoreboard where you can monitor the queue. Exactly at the appointed time, the roller shutter was opened for check-in. It passed through 2 lines. Accurate work of an inspection specialist. Then he told me where to go and go to get a permit. There was also a polite employee at the permit issue. Everything about everything took about 15 minutes. I recommend that you undergo a technical inspection.
